WARRANTY POLICY

What is covered?

FUNXILLA warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship occurring under normal use for a period limited to 30 days from the date of the original purchase. In the event the product arrives damaged due to your choice of carrier (FedEx/Motor/Uber/Bolt/Taxi/Troski/Parcel Service) delivery, we will file a damaged claim case with the appropriate carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible once photos and proof of damages are sent to us via support@ridespeedx.com. FUNXILLA will not be liable for lost packages as a result of confirmed deliveries via (FedEx/Motor/Uber/Bolt/Taxi/Troski/Parcel Service). We reserve the right to obtain proof of delivery and file a trace case to investigate orders that are marked as "delivered".

What is covered?

This warranty only covers the original purchaser of the product and cannot be transferred to any other person. The product must have been assembled and maintained per the product instructions.

What is not covered?

This warranty does not cover:
• Non-FUNXILLA product (including MP3/MP4 players)
• Misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use; or use of the product other than for its intended purpose.
• Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance.
• Products that have been modified or altered.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Cosmetic issues such as fading or scratches from normal wear and tear.
• Any other cause not arising from defects in material and workmanship.
• Lost items as a result of (FedEx/Motor/Uber/Bolt/Taxi/Troski/Parcel Service) (trace case investigation will be conducted, lost report is required from your local police office)

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

Lodging a Warranty Request
To claim under this warranty you can return the defective Goods to us at your expense, together with proof of purchase, within the Warranty Period. You will be requested to provide a description of the defect and your personal details. We will inspect the returned Product. If on inspection of the returned Goods we determine that the defect is covered by this warranty, we will make suitable repairs. If we determine that the defect is not covered by this warranty, we will provide You with a full explanation, and if requested, the Goods will be returned to You at your cost. If, at any stage, your Product is found to be defective within the Warranty Period and it is repaired, the Warranty Period on the Product will not extend the original Warranty Period.
In the event of a particular part failing, FUNXILLA will request for parts required free of charge. The new parts will need to be collected from our office. Where parts have to be posted, customers will be required to pay for postage. In the event of an item not working after replacement parts are installed, the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Items can be dropped off at our office or posted to us. Postage cost will not be refunded by FUNXILLA.

This Limited Warranty is the only express warranty made to you and is provided in lieu of any other express warranties or similar obligations (if any) created by any advertising, documentation, packaging, or other communications. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FUNXILLA HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FUNXILLA OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE PRODUCT OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF FUNXILLA PRODUCTS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Safety Warning - Please Read:


All parents are fully responsible for his or her child’s safety and supervision is required at all times. FUNXILLA is not liable for the safety of the children, all parents must decide whether to allow his or her child to operate car toys based on the child’s maturity, ability, skill, and health condition prior to riding the vehicle. To prevent injuries, parental supervision is required at all times.

For the safety of the children, protective gear must be used while operating all ride on cars, motorcycles, hoverboards, bicycles, and/or scooters.
